Vaporetti Return Policy

 

All products we sell in store or online are sold as a "final sale" with no warranties expressed nor implied (unless stated otherwise in the product description) and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received by the customer is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or damaged during shipping. For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, e- liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, wire, mechanical mods, rebuildable devices and atomizers and parts for rebuildables and/or atomizers. 

Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving their defective/damaged product in order to start a warranty process.  (receiving of product will be based on your tracking number and the time and day that shows your package was delivered to you)  DOA items only apply to electrical devices such as an Itaste, box mods, Ego or other similar devices.  Online purchases cannot be returned to our store front location and must go through our process which is listed below.  Should a customer return an item without notifying us first, we will refuse the package upon its delivery for the safety of our staff. . For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, e- liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, wire, mechanical mods, rebuildable devices and atomizers and parts for rebuildables and/or atomizers.

When making a purchase in-store,it is store policy to test electronic device purchases in front of customers along with showing them how to properly use the device.. For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, e- liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, wire, mechanical mods, rebuildable devices and atomizers and parts for rebuildables and/or atomizers. Replacement Coils need to be used properly and need to sit for 5-10 minutes.

When making a electronic device purchase in store we test the product and show you how to use it properly..  It is up to you to take care of your device and use as instructed. We are not responsible for misuse or defects due to user error. This means if you bring in a device  evidence of being dropped,with marks on it , evidence of liquid in the connections, battery failures caused by liquid or any other signs of misuse with not be covered under manufacturer's defect warranty. We test all products to ensure the failure was due to a manufacturer defect and not mis-use of the product. 

Devices have have an internal memory chip that we use to extract production date, charge, and usage data from to help us determine the cause of the failure. Once we determine the failure is due to a manufacturer defect we will gladly replace the product.  

We check all information on our website very carefully.  However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of.  We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
